TWO NEW MEMBERS ELECTED TO IPO BOARD OF DIRECTORS

On December 6 two new members were elected to serve on the Board of Directors: LOUIS FOREMAN of Enventys as an inventor member and MICHELLE LEE of Google as a sustaining member.
